Crisly Ortega and Jaime Andrade from the Urban and Home Cleaning Authority (AAUD) explained on Radio Panama what the “Clean your Balance” program consists of, which benefits its residential customers with 50% exemption and 30% to commercial clients who have a delinquency of more than 120 days, of the sums owed for the provision of the waste collection service.
The objective of this measure is for the institution to achieve self-management for the purchase of inputs, uniforms and in this way purify the current data and lower the current delinquency that amounts to 118 million balboas. This measure will come into effect from Monday, July 17, for three months of this year 2023.
This program is approved through Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 19 of June 26, 2023 and with the purpose of offering its clients options to make the total payment of their debt and make payment arrangements. Law 51 of September 29, 2010, creates the Urban and Home Cleaning Authority (AAUD).
The AAUD, committed to the population, urges you to make your respective payments within the IDAAN agencies where our staff attend you and at the AAUD main offices, at PH Multiplaza on Calle 25 and Avenida Justo Arosemena, as well as at the Altamira inspection agency in Carrasquilla.
During the time of moratorium, the Paz y Salvo will only be processed in the offices of the PH Multiplaza, Commercialization and Marketing Office.
