During the intervention, the staff of the Provincial Municipality of Sullana He verified the documentation of the premises, finding that the operating license and the certificates were in order. However, at the time of identity control, one of the workers did not present the health card required by regulations, which motivated the immediate closure.
As a corrective measure, the Night Club was temporarily closed for 15 days and sanctioned with a Fine equivalent to 50% of a UIT. The municipality indicated that these types of actions seek to guarantee compliance with health standards and protect public health.
