The Civil Defense of São Paulo reported that – between today (17) and tomorrow (18) – the temperature should undergo significant changes. The heat and relative humidity will favor isolated rain showers in various regions of the state.
On Saturday (19), the forecast indicates a quick passage from a cold front, with the possibility of more widespread and temporal rainfall. On Sunday (20), a cold, dry air mass should inhibit the rains and cause a sharper drop in temperature.
For those who want to travel on Friday holiday, the Civil Defense recommends extra attention. Rain showers planned on Saturday may impact road conditions, including flooding, falling trees and low visibility.
Rain showers
In the São Paulo Metropolitan Region, from Thursday to Friday (18), time conditions can cause isolated rain showers, but which can be strong. Same situation for Saturday. The expectation is the decrease in bad weather on Sunday (20) and Monday (21).
The same scenario should be repeated in Baixada Santista and Vale do Ribeira, and also in the North Coast and Paraíba Valley.
To the interior of the state are planned atmospheric instability with rain conditions in the regions of Sorocaba, Campinas, Ribeirão Preto, Bauru, Sao Jose do Rio Preto, Araçatuba, Presidente Prudente, Marília, Araraquara, Barretos, Franca and Itapeva.
