The Constitutive National Assembly must be held no later than February 25 of next year, so that the INE initiates the analysis and ultimately resolves no later than 2026.

In this initial stage of analysis of the groups that seek registration as a party, 10 presented similar or equal names and/or emblems, so it will be the General Council of the INE that determines who carries hand, beyond who put papers first.
