With just over three months to go before the Exit Plebiscite takes place, only 10.5% of the population declares that they have fully read the draft of the New Constitution presented by the Constitutional Convention. Meanwhile, according to the latest Pulso Ciudadano survey, 46.9% declare that they have only read some articles and 42.6% declare that they have not read anything yet.
In addition, according to the survey, preferences have also varied. 45.2% of the population would be rejecting the Draft of the New Constitution, 0.3 points less in relation to the measurement of the first fortnight of May (45.5%). 28.5% would be approving it, 1.4 points higher in relation to the measurement of the first fortnight of May (27.1%), while 26.3% still do not know.

Of those who have read all or part of the Draft of the New Constitution (57.4%), 46% consider that it is worse than the current constitution, 13.2% consider it the same and 32.9% consider it better than the current constitution. 7.9% do not know.
In any case, 61% of the population declared to Pulso Ciudadano that they are already very determined with their vote for the Exit Plebiscite on September 4. 15.2% are moderately determined and 23.3% are little or not at all decided.
Regarding expectations of which option will win in the Plebiscite on September 4, 39.9% believe that the rejection option will win. 30.7% believe that the I approve option will win and 29.4% declare that they do not know.
According to Pulso Ciudadano, by the end of the month of May, President Gabriel Boric obtained an approval of 27.3%, 3.3 points more than the approval of the first fortnight of May (24.0%), and a disapproval of 56.8%, 4.3 points less in relation to the disapproval of the first fortnight of May (61.1%). This while 15.9% do not know how to evaluate their management.
The main problems of the country, according to the citizens, are: Delinquency 47.2%, Inflation / Rise in prices 32.4%, Immigration 21.4% and Drug Trafficking 19%.
