With this, the entity goes from allocating to monetary transfers conditioned by $1.9 trillion about $7 billion, and to benefit 1.9 million homes to 3.3 million.

It is worth mentioning that the ‘Citizen Income’ program would remain firm with the approval of the National Development Plan, which must define its legal basis.
The Director of Social Prosperity, Cielo Rusinquestressed that the coverage of Banco Agrario in the country will allow the transfer to be delivered in 1,108 municipalities and corregimientos in Colombia, including three indigenous councils.

This is because the entity has 793 offices throughout the country and in 471 municipalities Banco Agrario is the only financial entity present.
