It is important that you follow the following steps:

2. Payment Methods: There are three ways in which you can receive your incentive:
-Turn:This modality allows the withdrawal of money at banking correspondents, offices or extended cash desks.
-Account credit:The amount of the Citizen Income is deposited directly into the beneficiary’s account at the Agrarian Bank.
-BICO:This option allows access to funds through digital platforms and banking correspondents, facilitating money management from different access points.
3. Check the payment point:
Access the same query page and provide your identity document type and number. Check if you have been assigned a payment point and if it has restrictions such as peak and ID.
4. Receive notifications: Once you are a beneficiary, you will receive a text message on your cell phone with the details necessary to claim your incentive. Be sure to present your original identification document at the assigned payment point.

Who is eligible for the Citizen Income program?
Some of the important points include:
– Registration in SISBÉN IV: They must be registered in Group A of SISBÉN IV, which identifies people in situations of extreme poverty and vulnerability.
– Socioeconomic conditions: The social and economic conditions of the home must align with the criteria established by the program.
