In the recent broadcast of Magaly TV La Firme, Magaly Medina referred to the legal situation of Andrés Hurtado, known as ‘Chibolín’. The driver reported that the company that maintained a contract with the former actor has made the decision to terminate said agreement, which could have a considerable impact on his request for parole within the framework of the judicial process he faces.
According to a document previously presented on Beto Ortiz’s program, the company CIRTRAMEF SACwhich is dedicated to offering health services, signed a contract with Hurtado on September 16, 2024. After signing, the former driver assumed the position of marketing manager in the company, which he used as evidence of his work roots to demonstrate his stability and thus comply with one of the requirements that would allow him to request the judge to continue his process in freedom.
However, in a notarial letter exposed in the Medina program, the company officially announced that, due to recent events of public interest, they have decided to terminate the contract. Dated October 1, 2024, the letter establishes the total termination of the agreement and clarifies that they no longer have any business relationship with the well-known ‘Chibolín’ or with people in his close circle.
Uncertain future in his judicial process
In Magaly Medina’s program it was highlighted that the company’s decision to terminate the contract with Andrés Hurtado is directly related to the public scandal that surrounds him. Although the contract was signed on September 16, controversies over its legal status had already begun to arise before that date.
The presenter suggested that the company decided to move forward with the agreement despite the initial scandal, but backed out when the case gained greater media notoriety. He noted that he hopes that the judge in charge of the case will make a decision about Hurtado’s legal future.
