The sector vice president for Citizen Security and Peace, A/J Remigio Ceballos Ichaso, led a meeting with the directors of regional and municipal offices of the Criminal and Criminal Scientific Investigation Corps (CICPC), to strengthen strategic, tactical and operational actions against organized crime, and guarantee the security and well-being of the Venezuelan people.
According to information published by the Ministry of People’s Power for Interior Relations, Justice and Peace, on its Instagram social network account, @mijpvzlaAt the meeting, the CICPC human talent strengthening plan was reviewed to make the investigation and detection of different crimes more effective.
According to the ministerial body, such actions are planned in the fourth line of work of the national government for this 2023, presented by the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, in order to consolidate the comprehensive security of the nation and promote the justice, through citizen security policies, such as the Great Peace Quadrants Mission (GMCP).
