Officials of the Corps of Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations (CICPC), arrested Kevin Arnaldo Luzardo Abreu (29), for the murder of José Oresbert (39). The arrest was carried out on La Mata Avenue, with 9th Street, of the Cabudare Parish, Lara State.
The incident occurred on the morning of September 1, in the El Matadero sector, also in the Cabudare parish. After having knowledge of the case, a commission of the Cicpc initiated an exhaustive investigation which determined that the victim and the perpetrator held a strong discussion due to personal problems.
During the altercation, Luzardo Abreu took advantage of the victim’s carelessness to attack him with a puncture object, specifically a bottle peak, causing serious injuries.
José Oresbert was assisted and immediately transferred to the Antonio María Pineda University Central Hospital, where he died shortly after his admission due to the seriousness of the wounds.
