Officials of the Corps of Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations, attached to the Coordination of East Homicide Research, Caracas, clarified the murder of José Manuel Escorche, occurred on Romulo Gallegos Avenue, Sucre municipality of the Miranda state.

The inquiries determined that the victim was ingesting alcoholic beverages with several people in the adjacencies of South Baleíta. Subsequently, he prepared to buy more alcohol and while moving along Romulo Gallegos Avenue he was intercepted by Velásquez Blanco and another criminal (currently in escape).
Between the victim and the perpetrators, a quarrel was generated in which the aggressors gave him multiple wounds with a white weapon and caused his death. At the time of the capture of Velásquez it was known that he presented records for personal injuries and vehicle theft, leaving the order of the prosecution 40 of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas.
