The Corps of Scientific, Penal and Criminalistic Investigations (CICPC) arrived this Tuesday at its 21st Anniversary.
On the occasion of the commemoration, the activities began with the raising of the National Flag and the banner of the Scientific Police, at the Commissioner (F) Luis Monroy criminalistics headquarters, located in San Agustín del Sur, Caracas, according to the publication made by the director of the CICPC, C/G Douglas Rico, on his Instagram social network account, @douglasricovzla.
In this sense, Douglas Rico referred that the institutional act was led by the Deputy Minister of the Integrated Criminal Investigation System (VISIIP), C/G Humberto Ramírez, the Deputy Director General, C/G Jhonny Salazar; among other managers and was attended by the heads and officials of the Capital Area.
“The CICPC family proudly celebrates, every November, being part of the main criminal investigation entity in Venezuela, in charge of the scientific clarification of crimes with a view to the subsequent application of justice by the corresponding agencies,” Rico wrote in his bill.
