The Cicpc reported on the capture of Carlos Alberto Gutiérrez (34), indicated as the material author of the murder of three members of a family, which occurred early Tuesday in the house of the victims located on street of Las Flores, Mene Mauroa (Falcón).
Those killed are identified as Kelvis Nicolás Nava Díaz (59), Dania Gregoria Gutiérrez (60) and the daughter of both Daikelys José Nava Gutiérrez (24).
The Cicpc-Dabajuro delegation was in charge of investigating the fact, whose agents carried out the person in charge when he intended to flee to Colombia.
The night of the crime, relatives of the victims heard strong noises in the house and tried to communicate with Kelvin, but the phone was treated by Carlos Alberto Gutiérrez (34), a Daikelys couple, who informed them that they were making some arrangements on the property.
However, the next morning, the son of the victims went to the house and found his parents and lifeless sister, presenting injuries produced with a blunt object.
Cicpc’s investigation showed that the day before the fact, Carlos and Daikelys, had sustained an argument. For that reason, Daikelys’s parents asked Gutierrez to leave the house.
From that time the subject began to plan to take their lives. To do this, he used that the victims were asleep and entered from the rear with a tube and caused mortal wounds to the head. Then he fled the place, abandoning the evidence of crime in the backyard of the house.
Security operations were activated in the area and the Paraguachon control post (Zulia) was contacted, who were provided with the characteristics of Carlos, who was captured when he tried to cross the border to Colombia, says the report of the Scientific Police. At the time of their arrest, they seized the phone and sports boots that belonged to the victims.
