The Cicpc reported on the capture of three individuals accused of participating in the murder of Yeffry Kinyersus Mendoza Pineda (17) that occurred in the José Félix Ribas neighborhood, Zone 6, upper part, Petare parish, Sucre municipality, Miranda state, on October 26. The detainees were identified as Anthony Romero, Isaac Gabriel Chávez Botini (21) and Douglas Josué Guerra Botini (25).
These three men, along with a 17-year-old boy, had an argument over a debt of 50 US dollars, resulting from negotiations for psychotropic drugs. In the middle of that fight, Anthony drew a firearm and shot Mendoza, leaving him without vital signs at the scene, and then fled the scene, handing the firearm to the 17-year-old boy so that he could hide it, the Cicpc report describes.
Three other alleged murderers were arrested by scientific police agents in Altagracia de Orituco (Guárico), and were identified as Alexander Henríquez Martínez Tovar (43), nicknamed El Negro; Francisco Javier Mora Laya (42), nicknamed El Vaquero and Jessen Roxmen Flores Olivo (32), nicknamed La China.
The fatal victim is identified as Omar Rafael Sanoja (38) who was drinking alcoholic beverages along with the three murderers on October 25 in the Saladillo sector of the aforementioned Guariqueño town. In the middle of the drinks, Hernández, Mora and Flores brutally attacked the victim, severely beating him with their physical force and with a knife they gave him a penetrating stab wound, causing his death immediately, says the Cicpc report.
