Officials from the Simón Rodríguez Municipal Delegation of the Cicpc arrested Deisy Dayana Cáceres Ramírez (31), on Andrés Bello Avenue, near Andrés Bello Plaza, Caracas, for being wanted.
The procedure was explained through a Cicpc publication, where it is said that the woman was verified in the Police Investigation and Information System (Siipol), showing that she is wanted by the 13th Court based on the Trial of the Criminal Judicial Circuit of Caracas, for qualified homicide committed with treachery and for futile reasons and illicit trafficking of narcotic and psychotropic substances in the form of distribution. Cáceres Ramírez was handed over to the Public Ministry.

In another incident, the scientific police began investigations to clarify the death of a nine-year-old boy that occurred in his home located in Santa Bárbara del Zulia. In this sense, detectives question family members, including the boy’s older brother. The mother of the deceased was the one who located the body inside one of the rooms.
One of the lines of the investigation focuses on determining if there was some type of game promoted on social networks that influenced the death of the nine-year-old boy. For this reason, they carry out tests on the telephone devices collected at the scene of the incident.
