CICPC and MP articulate efforts to avoid impunity in the country

CICPC y MP se fortalecen para tratar temas de homicidios en el país

The director of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC), C/G Douglas Rico, held a meeting with officials of the Public Ministry (MP), to address issues related to homicides in the country.

The information was released by the CICPC through its social networks, where it was learned that this meeting was held in order to articulate the procedural actions so that errors that allow impunity are not made.

The meeting was held with the general director against Common Crimes of the Public Ministry, Dr. Moira Vieira, and the prosecutors in homicide matters; this with the aim of fine-tuning strategies and preventing impunity from being committed due to bad procedures, which allows us to strengthen police actions and thus minimize this crime.

It should be noted that the CICPC has the best human talent, who prepare and train every day with the sole purpose of providing security to the people of Venezuela, likewise the MP, led by the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab.
