The president of Cantv, M/G Iván Rafael Hernández Dala, held a meeting with Douglas Rico, director of the Corps of Scientific Criminal and Criminalistic Investigations (Cicpc), to reinforce strategies and analyze the statistics of vandalism, cutting and theft of copper cables and fiber optics in the country.
This meeting seeks to strengthen collaboration between both institutions to protect Cantv’s telecommunications networks, says a press release from Mppcyt.
During the meeting, strategies were discussed to address issues affecting Cantv services, highlighting the importance of a coordinated response to guarantee the security of telecommunications infrastructures.
On the other hand, they coordinated the update of the situation of the services provided by the Cantv company to the State security agency.
This meeting is part of Cantv’s efforts to improve safety and efficiency in its operations.
