A CCR Cuore study revealed that companies prefer to sell through social networks rather than through web pages. Thus, platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok are those that are used most frequently.

- Define the tone of your brand. Each company is a different world and even if they are within the same category, they will have totally different personalities. That is why it is extremely important to adapt the style of the publications with the personality of the brand. At this point we must work on identifying what type of communication the brand will have: Will a formal or informal tone be used? Will humor be used or not?
