“Encouraging entrepreneurial Peruvians to maintain assertive accounting is key so that their businesses can grow and, consequently, expand in more parts of the country,” he said.
In that sense, he indicated that to determine the profit and even the sales value, a company should consider the following basic rules:
1. Determine in detail the cost of the products purchased.
2. Add to the cost of the products the cost of transportation in moving them until they reach the warehouse.
3. Include, in addition to the 2 previous points, to the direct cost of the product, all those costs that I have to incur until the product reaches my company.
4. Make a final balance of all costs and add the expected profitability, thus arriving at the sales value that should be offered.
After all these steps, the marketing of products will be more effective and efficient each time. Therefore, it is very important to determine all the details and the cost of the products purchased, no matter how minimal they may be.
