Just days after a year has passed since Will Smith made history at the Oscars, and not precisely for receiving an award, but for slapping comedian Chris Rock, who made a joke about the baldness of the wife of Smith, yesterday through Netflix the comedian referred to the iconic moment.
The American comedian spoke about the incident that occurred during the ceremony in Hollywood on March 27, 2022, during a special comedy show that was presented live.
Rock assured that Smith practices “selective rage” and that the slap he gave him has more to do with the marital problems between Will and Jada Smith.
“We’ve all been cuckolded, everyone here has been cuckolded, but none of us have ever been interviewed on television by the person who cuckolded us,” Rock said. “She caused him much more pain than he caused me,” she maintained.
