In this line, Patricia Chirinos called for a second chance a Wilmar Elera: “I think we all deserve a second chance. The man is older, he has had another upbringing, but the man corrected. I have always seen him behave correctly in Congress.”

Camones asked Wilmar Elera to resign from the Board of Directors
