The neonatologist pediatrician, María Elisa Dejuane, addressed this Friday the situation of Covid-19 in children.
He recalled that it was in December 2020 when we experienced a wave where there were a good number of patients, and basically all of them behaved with feverish symptoms and few hospitalizations.
He revealed that this week he has received inquiries from parents about consistent headaches, insomnia, but he has been struck by “the reappearance of fever in children who had Covid-19 10 or 12 days ago.”
