A minor under 10 years of age stopped attending the Eduardo Abaroa educational unit, after suffering constant physical and psychological harassment by their peers. The Ombudsman for Children has already begun the investigation into this fact and will conduct a psychological evaluation of the two accused minors.

The affected boy reported that his classmates in the fifth grade of primary school took his shoes from him to “use them as a ball” and From so much kicking they managed to break them. Later they asked him for his recess to return it, but since he did not have it, they beat him and dragged him on the ground.

“They told me that if I wanted my shoes back, I had to give them Bs 2 and since I didn’t hit them, they started hitting my shoes. Then they were delivered to me broken. Then they approached and dragged me and my whole shirt was dirty, ”the minor told the media, in the presence of his parents.

After this act of bullying, the minor was beaten, according to what his parents reported to the Ombudsman for Children and Adolescents of the municipality of Montero. In the complaint, they point out that it is the second time that the child is harassed.

“The first time was four months ago. They took my backpack and went through my notebooks, They said I had drugs and knives and in reality I didn’t. nothing”, lamented the affected, who requested a sanction for his aggressors.

The Ombudsman for Children reported that A psychological assessment has already been carried out on the victim. and the details of the case were revealed. Now the two minor aggressors were summoned to be evaluated by psychologists this Thursday.

Municipal officials confirmed that the boy from 10 years suffered physical and psychological aggressionwhich caused him low self-esteem, so now he does not want to attend his school in Montero.
