The Civil Police are investigating the fall of a four-year-old boy from the 10th floor of a building in Ribeirão Preto, in the interior of São Paulo, this Saturday (27). The child survived.
According to information from the São Paulo Public Security Secretariat, the boy fell while passing through the window of one of the apartment’s bathrooms. The Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) was called and took him to Hospital das Clínicas.
The case was registered as an “accidental fall” and the city’s Judicial Police Center requested tests from the Legal Medical Institute (IML) to better understand the circumstances of the fall.
