As explained by the regional manager of Transport, Wilman Carrasco Becerra, the problem originated last Friday due to the rupture of a high-voltage cable when personnel from the Sanitation Services Provider Entity (Epsel) were carrying out work in the area.
The official commented that this problem was reported to Electronorte; however, as of today, Monday, the electricity has not been restored, causing the claim of the carriers who are prevented from carrying out their procedures for their respective driver’s licenses.
“We should not reach a complaint because it is a work incident, but I have already found myself in need of a complaint to attend to this emergency,” said Wilman Carrasco, after going to the police station.
