The deputy to the National Assembly, Julio Chávez (Psuv-Lara), explained that the electoral triumph of the president of the United States, Donald Trump, marks a confrontation between nationalist factions and globalist cliques; and that this struggle causes the loss of power and influence of non -governmental organizations (NGOs), associated with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), in the face of budget cuts imposed by Trump to this last agency.
In addition, he pointed out that NGOs were constantly used to destabilize governments and impose neoliberal governments, as was the case of Venezuela, he explained during his participation in the program Into the airfrom Venezolana de Televisión.
He counted a budget of 268 million dollars for the financing of NGOs and media, as was the case of Ukraine, which, according to Chávez, 9 of 10 of his communication media were financed by USAID. In the same instance, he investigated that news portals such as La Patilla and Caraota Digital received resources from the NGOs, “to attack Venezuela, to insist on that narrative that there was a dictatorship, create the conditions, fragment and attack the family unit and promote Migrations, ”he argued.
Regarding migration, he explained that NGOs are used to promote large demographic movements from Africa to Europe, and the Venezuelan nation was no exception. “There were 47 NGOs that presided over leaders of the extreme Venezuelan right, who received resources to also make the money that should reach migrants and never arrived,” he recalled. “They, the more migrants left countries, that generated greater income,” he added.
For his part, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, previously stated a national financial loss of almost 630 billion dollars from 2015 to the present, and said economic damage was led by these NGOs, «they all hit The sectors, and financed the revolution of colors in several countries, were financed by them, this was not a spontaneous thing at all ».
Power struggle between bourgeois factions
“The elections of the United States, and in other parts of the world; They are nothing else but the expression of a struggle of world elites and plutocracies, ”said the parliamentarian, and indicated that Trump’s victory and the Republican party strengthened the plutocracy headed by businessmen such as Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg; In front of the magnates that supported Joe Biden and the Democratic Party, among whom are George Soros, Bill Gates and Larry Fink.
Likewise, Deputy Chávez warned that Musk controls that world structure and corporatocracy, which is linked to the US retirement of the World Health Organization (WHO), because this entity receives funds from the Bill and Melinda Foundation Gates. In turn, he indicated that the International Criminal Court receives wide funds from the Open Companies Foundation, chaired by Soros.
“The USAID is an instrument in this power struggle, through NGOs that drive ideological agendas,” said the legislator. “Worldwide, the creation of a media dictatorship was being raised, it is the truth of these people, which is going to spread, and not the one that corresponds to what is happening in this reality,” he added.
Apart, he elaborated that NGOs served the interests of large capitals through the attack on public policies and the reduction of the State, so that “capital could flow throughout the world as an open society,” he characterized, and that a figure Considerable of such resources and foundations such as the USAID went to develop Washington’s international policy in the context of the Cold War, to face communism and prevent the advance of the Soviet Union.
