Charred bones found in Los Guayos

Cicpc stopped subject that captured young people in social networks to abuse them

A commission from the Valencia Municipal Delegation of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigation Corps (Cicpc) located a charred skeleton in a vacant lot in the Paraparal sector, Los Guayos municipality (Carabobo).

The discovery occurred within the framework of the investigations into the disappearance of Luis Alberto Sabino Portillo, 52 years old.

According to police reports, Sabino Portillo’s relatives had reported his disappearance on December 26, 2025. Since that date, his relatives had had no news about his whereabouts.

Given the lack of visible progress, the relatives went again to the headquarters of the detective force to request information. However, the officials had already carried out the investigations, which led them to a fenced area near the well-known “Hunger Street” of Paraparal.

At the site, experts found the charred remains that, after the first evaluations, correspond to the missing citizen.

Commissions from the Los Guayos Municipal Police were also present at the site to protect the scene.

So far, the investigations are handling the motive for the homicide. Likewise, investigations continue into this case that has shocked the inhabitants of the region.

The remains of Luis Alberto Sabino Portillo were transferred to the Valencia morgue for rigorous forensic examinations to scientifically confirm his identity and determine the exact cause of death.
