The event occurred on August 7 of this year in the Las Flores urbanization of the Barinitas parish, belonging to the Bolívar municipality of the Barinas state, the Public Ministry reported in a press release.
During the night of the aforementioned date, Angulo Dioses went to a friend’s house to hide from his ex-partner, who had hit him in the morning.
According to the investigation, hours later, Apure arrived at the residence looking for his ex-partner, and due to the victim’s refusal to leave with him, the 50-year-old violently entered the home and caused serious wounds with a knife until he died on the spot.
Given these circumstances, the friend of the deceased reported the incident to officials of the Scientific Criminal and Criminal Investigation Corps (Cicpc), who carried out the arrest of the perpetrator that same day to place him at the disposal of the Public Ministry.
