Chanchamayo: minivan gets lost and river devours three passengers

Three people are missing and five were miraculously saved from being swept away by the turbulent waters of the Perené River. The event occurred early today in the Puerto Victoria sector, at approximately 2:00 p.m. The driver Elvis Quispe Llancari (34) stated that he was driving the vehicle from Palcazú and blinked for a second, losing control of his machine.

Everyone in the minivan was family. Of which three people are missing. They are: Ronal Bonelli Moreno (55), Bany TJ (16) and Alfred OS (9) years old respectively.

A police rescue squad and members of an NGO intensify the search for inhospitable areas of the Perene River.
