The plenary of the Chamber of Deputies meets this Tuesday (13), at 1:55 pm, for items such as the Proposed Amendment to the Constitution 32 of 2022, known as the PEC of the Transition. The text approved by the Senate ensures resources outside the spending cap rule and provides for a new fiscal rule from 2024.
To speed up the vote on the Transition PEC, the text was added to PEC 24 of 2019, by congresswoman Luisa Canziani (PTB-PR), which allows resources directly raised by universities – through the expansion of services, donations or agreements – to be fully enjoyed by the institutions. The matter has already been approved by the Constitution, Justice and Citizenship Commission (CCJ).
Military
Also on the agenda is Bill 4363 of 2001, from the Executive Branch, which establishes general norms for summoning and mobilizing the military police and military fire departments.
According to the preliminary substitute of the rapporteur, Deputy Captain Augusto (PL-SP), these professionals will be prohibited from participating, even during their off-duty hours, in collective manifestations of a party-political nature or claims while carrying a weapon or in uniform.
forests
Still on the agenda is Bill 5518 of 2020, by deputy Rodrigo Agostinho (PSB-SP), which makes the bidding model and contracts for the concession of public forests more flexible.
single invoice
Another proposal that can be debated is the Complementary Law Project (PLP) 178/21, by Deputy Efraim Filho (União-PB), which creates the National Statute for Simplification of Accessory Tax Obligations, with the provision of a single electronic invoice for the whole country, regardless of the type of operation.
