The Chamber of Deputies and Deputies approved with 17 votes in favor and 26 against, to process a new withdrawal of pension savings. The fifth withdrawal project was presented last week by Deputy Rene Alinco (ind,) and another group of legislators.

The previous board of directors, meanwhile, pointed to the impossibility of persevering in a project of these characteristics, for up to one more calendar year.
However, the current table interprets that having approved this project, in its idea of legislating and in particular in the Chamber; that was the chamber of origin of the initiative, if a new one can be promoted, a thesis that prevailed in the vote.
Projects linked to new retirement savings withdrawals will be reviewed by the Constitution Commission.

“We have been extremely clear and emphatic that this is not in our government program, but because we also have other courses of action to deal with this situation,” the minister said on Monday. Camila Vallejo.
“In the first place, we are interested in improving the conditions of the workers. Recover employment, reintegrate many who have been left behind in the economic recovery in labor matters and improve the wages of the workers. That is an agenda that points to the pocket situation of our families,” he added.
