The Ethics Council of the Chamber of Deputies opened this Wednesday (4) disciplinary proceedings against nine deputies: Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP), Carlos Jordy (PL-RJ), Carla Zambelli (PL-SP), Jandira Feghali (PCdoB). -RJ), Talíria Petrone (Psol-RJ), Josimar Maranhãozinho (PL-MA), Heitor Freire (União-CE), Bia Kicis (PL-DF) and Kim Kataguiri (União-SP).
Deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro will answer for two disciplinary proceedings. He was accused by the PT of disrespecting Senator Humberto Costa (PT-PE) using a social network. In another representation, proposed by the PCdoB PT, Psol and Rede parties, the parliamentarian will answer for mocking the journalist Miriam Leitão.
Congressmen Carlos Jordy and Carla Zambelli were also accused by the PT of disrespecting Senator Humberto Costa using social media.
Jandira Feghali was accused by the PTB of making apology, on social networks, to Soviet totalitarian regimes.
Talíria Petrone was accused by the PTB of encouraging vandalism of historic monuments.
Josimar Maranhãozinho was accused by the Network of participating in embezzlement of funds from parliamentary amendments.
Heitor Freire was accused by the PT of invading a public school in the Federal District to embarrass students, teachers and staff.
Bia Kicis was accused by the PT of disclosing personal data of doctors who participated in the debate on vaccination against covid-19 at the Ministry of Health.
Kim Kataguiri was accused by the PP and PT of apology for Nazism.

Deputy Carlos Jordy stated that there was a typical manifestation of politics, guaranteed by parliamentary immunity. In addition, he argued that “the Ethics Council is being used in a political way to carry out a certain type of retaliation against parliamentarians”.
