The Chamber of Deputies approved this Tuesday (4) two bills that readjust salaries for careers in the Judiciary. The texts, authored by the Federal Supreme Court, will still be analyzed by the Senate.
Bill (PL) 4750/25, grants an 8% salary adjustment in July of each year, from 2026 to 2028. Bill 3084/25, reformulates the current Qualification Additional (AQ) to create new categories of courses that can result in an increase in salary for the server and readjusts the current values.
When proposing the 8% adjustment, in 2026 and 2028, the STF argued that there was a loss of purchasing power of 24.21% from February 2019 to July 2025, despite the servers having adjustments from 2023 to 2025. The data takes into account the accumulation of the Broad National Consumer Price Index (IPCA).
