CFC Cafarcol and Sero Colombia were the award winners Quality for Export 2021 in the categories of medium and small business, respectively.
CFC Cafarcol is a Colombian company with more than 45 years and that focuses on packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical, food, liquor and cosmetic sectors, among others. In addition, it has exports to more than 15 countries in North America, Central America, South America and Europe.

We ended the year very optimistic, accumulating a projected growth of 53% (2020-2021) and ensuring the generation and creation of employment that continues to positively impact the country through the reinvestment of all resources, in addition to continuing to transform lives, be strategic allies of new trends, markets and economic opportunities”, Said Julián Hurtado, CEO of CFC.
Sero Colombia, for its part, is an agro-industrial company specialized in Freeze drying and hot air drying of fruits and vegetables.

The President of the Republic, Iván Duque; the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, María Ximena Lombana; the Vice Minister of Business Development, Jorge González; the delegate of the Vice Minister of Foreign Trade, Carmen Ivón Gómez; and the president of Colombia Productiva, Camilo Fernández de Soto; among others.
According to Minister Lombana, this 2021 was the highest year in applications in 46 versions of the award: 88 companies from 11 departments and 24 different economic activities.
The Quality for Export Award 2021 It is the highest distinction awarded by the National Government to the excellence of small and medium-sized companies.
