Cetes anticipate more cuts from Banxico in September

The central bank’s governing board members released their quarterly report last week, in which they revised their GDP forecasts downwards. They also noted that, following the trajectory of underlying inflation, they would discuss further rate cuts.

What is the yield of Cetes today?

The 28-day Cetes offer a yield of 10.51% while the three-month yield is 10.70%.

At six months, the rate of return for investors is 10.72% and at one year, the returns are 10.70%.
