The former governor of the Táchira César Pérez Vivas considers that the application process for the regional elections of May 25 “has served to corroborate the arbitrariness and dirty game of the red clames (ruling)”
César Pérez Vivas called this Sunday, April 13, the electoral process of the regional elections scheduled for May 25, whose registration phase of candidacies ended on Saturday 12, with numerous acts of the ruling party in support of its candidates.
In the opinion of the former Governor of the Táchira state, the applications for “the May 25 electoral farce has served to corroborate the arbitrariness and dirty game of the red clique.”
In that sense, he added: «Only those aligning with the narrative and interests of the dictatorship postulate. A fraudulent process that repeats and improves the libretto ».

Pérez Vivaswho is part of the largest opposition coalition – the democratic unitary platform (Pud) – denounced that there was “fraud” in the presidential elections of 2024, in which Nicolás Maduro was proclaimed winner by the electoral body, without showing the electoral records.
The unitary platform maintains its rejection of what it considers an “precipitated, unfair and vitiated” electoral call by “a severely questioned referee,” and insists on the claim of the victory that, says, Edmundo González achieved.
For its part, the ruling company ended the registration of candidates and predicts that it will win “the 24 governorates” and will obtain a “wide majority” in the National Assembly (AN), according to the current president of Parliament, Jorge Rodríguez, who aspires to be re -elected as a deputy.
