César Paniagua Chacón was sworn in as the new Housing Minister to replace Geiner Alvarado

The new Minister of Housing was a representative of the National Association of Sanitation Service Providers of Peru (ANEPSSA Peru) before the Board of Directors of the Technical Agency for the Administration of Sanitation Services (OTASS).
