He Sixth Unipersonal Court of Trujillo and La Esperanza ordered the location and capture of Caesar Combinesactivist of Country Advances that he had intentions of running for president with the train party. This judicial decision was made after Combina did not attend the corresponding hearings for the oral trial for alleged aggravated defamation against the former mayor of Trujillo, Arturo Fernandez. Due to these same absences, Combine was declared contumacious criminal.
