For the second consecutive year, the regional governor of La Libertad, César Acuñaand the Popular Force leader, Keiko Fujimori, They are the people who hold more power in Peru after the president of the Republic, Dina Boluarte. This was revealed by the XLV Survey of the Power of Economic Week, prepared by Ipsos Peru and published today.
The measurement grants 76% of the power to the president, 69% to Acuña -who uploads a position with reference to 2024 -and 68% to Fujimori, who occupied the second box last year.
In the Top 30 are also Juan José Santiváñez (47%), Rafael López Aliaga (44%), Julio Velarde (43%), Carlos Rodríguez Pastor (26%), Eduardo Arana (22%), Nicanor Boluarte (20%), Vladimir Cerrón (19%), Roque Benavides (16%), Raúl Pérez Reyes (16%), Delia Espinoza (16%) (15%), Luz Pacheco (11%) and Martín Vizcarra (10%).
They complete the ranking Gustavo Gorriti (9%), Luis Romero (9%), Janet Tello (9%), Dionisio Romero Paoletti (8%), José Luna Gálvez (8%), Carlos Añaños (4%), Eduardo Hochschild (4%), Gianfranco Ferrari (3%), Alex Fort Brescia (3%), Gastón Acurio (3%). Benavides (3%), Carlos Castillo (2%), Pedro Brescia Moreyra (2%) and Morgan Quero (2%).
In the study, Prime Minister Eduardo Arana appears two positions below the location that had his predecessor, Gustavo Adrianzén. Arana is perceived with less power than former Minister Santiváñez and that the president of the president, Nicanor Boluarte.
Power and rejection

On the other hand, the president of the Central Reserve Bank of Peru (BCRP), Julio Velarde, is the person with the greatest influence on economic matters for the fifth consecutive year. Behind the Minister of Economy, Raúl Pérez Reyes, and the director of BCRP Diego Macera himself appears.
Likewise, the President of the Intercorp Group, Carlos Rodríguez Pastor, remains the most powerful businessman in the country for the sixth consecutive year.
