Cerrón escape: Police have not yet given permission for Dina Boluarte’s former driver to testify in Congress

Vladimir Cerrón

Because the Police Command has not yet given the green light for his client to testify tomorrow in the Congressional Oversight Commission, Jesús Poma, lawyer of President Dina Boluarte’s former driver, Félix Montalvo, sent, this morning, a letter to the aforementioned institution in which you request that they grant you, once and for all, the respective permit.

This, so that the police non-commissioned officer can give his testimony regarding the escape of the fugitive leader of Peru Libre, Vladimir Cerrón.

LOOK: [EN VIVO] Cerrón escape: The former presidential driver is summoned again for Monday, November 4

Letter sent to the Police Command by the lawyer of Dina Boluarte’s former driver.

Last October 30, Peru21 reported that the former driver of the presidential vehicle — also known as ‘cofre’ or ‘Dinamóvil’ — did not attend to testify to the Oversight Commission.

The Police Command reported, on that date, that the aforementioned commission had to send the request to its entity.

Inspection, that same day, approved summoning the former presidential driver for the fourth time for tomorrow, Monday the 4th at 9:00 am

And he transferred the new request to the police command, as requested.

However, since that date, Jesús Poma, the former presidential driver’s lawyer, until this Sunday, has not received a response from the Police.

This puts him at risk of being able to testify tomorrow as he does not have the green light from his superiors.

Due to this, this morning, Poma sent a letter of insistence to the Police Command to respond and decide whether or not to authorize Montalvo’s statement, tomorrow, Monday, in the Oversight Commission.

THEY QUOTE ‘THE SHADOW’

This medium announced, on that date, that the Cofre case, which is being investigated by the Prosecutor’s Office and the Congressional Oversight Commission for the alleged escape of the leader of Peru Libre, Vladimir Cerrón, in the presidential vehicle, has taken a turn.

This, after the revelation made by the journalist Juana Avellaneda, in the Cuarto Poder program, in which she reports on the appearance of a policewoman on February 24, the date on which the former presidential driver Félix Montalvo said that he had left President Dina Boluarte in the Mikonos condominium in Asia, where, according to the Police, Cerrón would have been hiding.

This is the police officer Kelly Vargas, who is considered the shadow of Dina Boluarte.

A woman he has trusted since 2021, when he was the owner of Midis.

Vargas was with Montalvo when they dropped Dina Boluarte in Mykonos on February 24. The policewoman stayed there with the president at the spa, according to the report. And on the 25th, she and Boluarte returned to Lima in another ‘chest’. Without a doubt, she will have to be called to testify before the Oversight Commission.

The provision that Montalvo would have received is that he leave the condominium that night of February 24.

WILL TELL EVERYTHING

The former presidential driver, Félix Montalvo, who has been changed destination and no longer works in the Government Palace, will have to confirm if he helped Vladimir Cerrón escape in the presidential vehicle between January and February of this year, and if , as his lawyer said, left President Dina Boluarte with her police guard, Milagros Kelly Vargas, on February 24 in the exclusive Mikonos de Asia condominium.

He will also have to explain if he transferred Cerrón to the Pisco airport, in Ica, so that he can take a small plane to Venezuela, Bolivia or Cuba.
