Cerro Largo with the motto “We all go out, we all come back” and Salto with a special operation

The institutions that make up the Salto Transit Inter-institutional Table made a call to raise awareness among drivers during the Night of Nostalgia. From that commune it was pointed out that more than 200 officials from the Traffic Division, Police Headquarters, Prefecture, National Directorate of Highway Police and Republican Guard, will work together to carry out the operations.

In Cerro Largo the slogan is “We all go out, we all come back”. Members of the Local Road Safety Unit (ULOSEV) and the commune announced the special operation. Commissioner Mayor Neyker Bejérez said at a press conference that teams made up of 40 police officers, who will be reinforced by officials from the Traffic Directorate, Municipal Police, and Highway Police, will be available at various points in Melo and routes, as well as other 20 troops, in Rio Branco. The operation will run from 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 24 until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 25.
