The head of state indicated that this process has had an investment of S/ 693 million.
“They will provide accurate and detailed information of the population, housing and indigenous communities, geographically disaggregated, which will allow elaborating focused programs and plans for social and economic development by the authorities of the three levels of governments,” he said.
Boluarte also pointed out that the results of Census 2025 will be published in the second quarter of 2026.
The National Institute of Statistics and Informatics said that the statistical process will begin on Monday, August 4 and will last three months. This will be the first census since 2017.
