The Cicpc commission located the subject and two of his group in the surroundings of the Manapoco hamlet (Anzoátegui), where the three were killed, according to the sources.
The Devil had assumed the leadership of the Tren del Llano in the east of Guárico after the leader Carlos Pirela was shot dead, whose body was found last May in a section of the rural road that connects Tucupido and San Rafael de Laya (Guárico). .
