Hoy Paraguay

Argentine media reported this Tuesday that the America would have requested one inhibition for Red before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS), which would consist of a disciplinary sanction -loss of points or even category- due to the still existing debt for the transfer of Domínguez from the Mexican club to Avellaneda.

The amount for the operation, carried out at the beginning of 2019, is around 6 million dollars.

“Although from Avellaneda they proposed different payment plans, the Eagles are not going to negotiate, since they intend to collect the full amount in cash“, reported TyC Sports about it.

The sports channel added in its Web page: “The idea (of Independiente) is present before the TAS the proposals that he made to Mexicans from October to date and they were rejected, demonstrating the willingness to pay attaching all the necessary evidence”.

The panorama in the case of the 28-year-old soccer player is complicated for the traditional Argentine institution since, in addition, it is going through a difficult economic moment.

The entrance Cecilio Domínguez, a millionaire “problem” for Independiente was first published on newspaper TODAY.
