There are three main actions that will be carried out as part of the Comprehensive Program for the Maintenance of the Asphalt Folder:
Night bump. Baches will be fixed at 1,117 kilometers of 217 main avenues, 10 kilometers per night over the next three months, with 50 crews of workers who will work from 10:00 pm at 5:00 am the next day
Pump for citizen care and emergency. The reports will be received in Locatel Al *0311 as well as in a chatbot called ‘Bachetel’ that will be released in a week, with which citizens can send their reports with a WhatsApp message. 50 gangs of workers will attend citizen reports or emergencies, with the goal of solving within 48 hours.
Strategic paving program in primary roads. The asphalt folder of 250 kilometers of main avenues will be renewed, a total of 4.1 million square meters, with an investment of 2,250 million pesos. It will begin in October to end in May 2026.
“This biannual paving program is very important because in this way we continue without stopping the budget in January,” said the head of government.
CDMX records 153 sinks in 2025
So far from 2025 in Mexico City, 37 under primary societies were registered, whose attention corresponds to the city government and 116 in secondary roads, whose responsibility belongs to the mayorships, the Secretary of Integral Water Management, José Mario Esparza, reported.
However, the Secretariat of Integral Water Management already attended 108 of the under secondary roads, while only eight were repaired by the mayorships and six are in process.
“The Ministry of Water is supporting all the mayorships in their undercuts since some of the mayorships are being exceeded by the capacity for attention,” said Esparza.
