The victim’s body was found floating in the vicinity of the Río de los Remedios, for which the Public Ministry opened an investigation folder, to later begin the investigation with experts and elements of the Investigative Police.
Gustavo ‘N’, the victim’s sentimental partner, was identified as the person who possibly assaulted the woman with an object after arguing.
“We were able to determine that after the death, the defendant possibly moved and manipulated the body from the scene of the events, under a bridge located on Río de los Remedios avenue, to the sewage canal,” explained the capital prosecutor.
