So far, 110 items have been returned to their owners, who went to said office and accredited their possession, especially telephone devices, credentials and bicycles.

The rest of the unclaimed objects are under the protection of the Lost and Found Office, located at the Candelaria station on Line 4.

It is important to mention that the Lost and Found Office participates annually in the Recycling sessions, organized by the Secretary of the Environment of the government of Mexico City to dispose of unclaimed electronic and electrical objects in a sustainable manner.

In 2022, it deposited 293 items, such as cell phones, computer equipment, irons, toners, and hair dryers, which were not claimed in 2021.
