The attack occurred between Magdalena and Torres Adalid streets. The victim, a woman of approximately 21 years, entered the establishment and confronted her partner, who was in an area away from the rest of the diners, according to the first inquiries.
After the discussion, the man drew his gun and fired three times at the woman, who was wounded in the chest.
After hearing the shots, the diners left the place to take cover and within minutes elements of the Citizen Security Secretariat arrived, who also arrested the attacker’s driver who was at the scene.
In the next few hours, the legal status of the detainees will be determined.
