The capitalist prosecution reported that on February 25 he received the disappearance report of Joan Esneyder Gongora Huertas, An 18 -year -old Colombian, who was last seen in the Renaissance Aragón neighborhood, in Ecatepec, State of Mexico. The case was registered under the AF/640/2025 file.

As part of the proceedings for their search, experts from the Prosecutor’s Office conducted interviews with relatives, acquaintances and migrants with whom he had lived before disappearing. One of the testimonies collected allowed to locate a possible track on his whereabouts.
With that information, a diligence was initiated in the Central Axis camell Lázaro Cárdenas, near the North Bus Terminal, where there was a camp occupied by migrants. On the site, experts cordoned off the area and made excavations, during which human remains were found.
After the corresponding lifting, the authorities confirmed the discovery of two bodies. One of them coincides with the physical characteristics of the missing young Colombian.
“The Institute of Forensic Sciences of Mexico City (INCIFO) continues with the corresponding studies to determine the cause of death and carry out the body delivery to their relatives, in accordance with the established protocols.” It reads in a statement.
This same institution also performs the corresponding proceedings to determine the identity of the other person who was also buried in the central axis camell Lázaro Cárdenas.
