“We are going to be accompanying with presence, an informative table where we present the health services we offer in the field of psychoactive substances, about how to recognize if my consumption can already be traveling to problematic consumption, information on risks and damage associated with cannabis consumption and strategies to reduce them,” said the official.

However, he acknowledged that the space that arose as a collective initiative so that cannabis consumers could exercise their right, was impacted by the problem of insecurity and drug trafficking.
